The International MLS [IMLS](R) Launches Its New Commercial Platform With Global Syndication
Boca Raton, Florida Oct 18, 2021 (Issuewire.com) – The International MLS [IMLS](R) announced today that it has launched its new IMLS/Commercial real estate platform to agents, brokers, and consumers. Agents and Brokers who become IMLS Commercial members, will not only have their listings on The IMLS/Commercial platform but also on TheIMLS.com along with The IMLS International search pages distributed globally on thousands of other agents and broker sites across the country and around the world automatically.
The IMLS will also syndicate the listings from commercial agents and brokers to 100+ global real estate portals in 60+ countries that attract an estimated 145,000,000 viewers a month.
According to The IMLS CEO/Founder and California broker Dr. Daniel Nussbaum, “We are happy to announce this game-changer for the commercial real estate industry which will provide global exposure for commercial properties, and we have included any costs associated with this in their commercial memberships. This syndication is fully automated so that the agents and brokers need do nothing more than become a member and post their listings and then their listings are sent out worldwide.”
Individual agents can select to become IMLS Commercial member’s, and every agent membership comes with an Agent Directory listing. The agent can either post their listings manually, or The IMLS/Commercial can take broker feeds for their agents. IMLS then takes the broker feed of all the listings of their agents to also be on The IMLS as well as on IMLS/IDX International search pages distributed globally.
Large Commercial Brokers can also now select to join the IMLS as a Premier Broker which enables them to have all their agents become IMLS members with an Agent Directory listing on The IMLS Commercial as well as TheIMLS.com.
The IMLS global technology platforms address the growing concerns about the direction of the real estate industry by making certain core ethical promises. The IMLS never advertises other agents on a personal member’s listing page, and if a consumer is interested in a property, only that listing agent will receive the lead.
The IMLS initiative is about putting the real estate market back in the hands of agents and brokers. This commercial syndication opportunity is expected to expand IMLS memberships significantly and continues IMLS expansion throughout the world.
“The growth of The IMLS has been exponential as we have grown from an estimated 17,000 members to 215,000+ in the last 18 months, and we expect further significant growth ahead with associations, MLSs, brokers, agents, and developers participating. We have now tied together with our residential, developers, and commercial platforms together as commercial listings can be displayed on an agent’s website by purchasing one of our international search pages.
Our goal has been to bring the real estate world closer together by serving the best interests of all concerned. We believe that commercial agents and brokers will see the strategic advantages of joining in with The IMLS global initiative,” said Dr. Nussbaum.
